Down to minor details, Doug checked the entire property out. He found me a terrific and highly capable mortgage agent. Got the price we wanted too. Doug really negotiated on our behalf. We closed on the unit rapidly, and began the process of finding a renter, as again, our approach the whole time was to use this unit as an investment. Once again, Doug raced over to the Hancock, this time with the owner’s agent, and gave me a FaceTime call to walk through the unit with me virtually. Total dedication to his craft. Doug is amazing. He fought for the best price and negotiated a competitive deal, so we did it. Doug even helped find a loan agent, as well as a property manager too. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience Doug provided. A huge recommendation for Mr. Doug Harter! And who knows? Maybe we’ll see something else to make our eyes sparkle and want to buy in another iconic Chicago landmark building.
